By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. Our products are made from industrial hemp and are federally legal in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Certified Lab Tests have been performed on all products and are listed on our website. Due to the requirements around testing dates and the batched nature of our hemp flower, some documents on this website may be out of date at any given time. We maintain current records for all of our products so if a document appears to be out of date, it is a technical oversight and the current version will be made available upon request. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. By purchasing products on high-there.co, customers agree that they are 21 years of age or older and that the products purchased do not violate any local or state laws that are applicable to them. High There Co. will not be held liable for any laws broken by disregarding these terms.

 

All online orders are final unless the product is damaged or expired. Any expired or damaged products carry a 48-hour customer satisfaction guarantee. If you receive any expired or damaged products simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

DAMAGE OR LOSS DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING or Expiration

 

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged or expired during shipping. All claims for damaged or expired products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged or expired during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product or the expired products. If a package is lost by a shipping service after having been acknowledged by the shipping service, we will make every effort to help you recoup the value of your lost items including filing a claim on your behalf with the shipping service, giving discounts on future orders or giving store credit at our discretion. We provide Route Package Protection (Shipping Insurance) by default at checkout. If you choose to manually opt-out of Route Package Protection, you accept all liability for any packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the point of shipment (USPS, USP, FedEx, etc.).
